From booking to end result was executed 100% like you said it would be. Cannot talk highly enough and the owner of the property was highly impressed, as previous one did not bother to ring back. I phoned Rebecca at Applied Waste Services to arrange for my mum's septic tank to be pumped out. Rebecca was very pleasant and advised of the process, cost and timeframe upfront and everything was arranged and the job completed very quickly. Troy was super efficient and had the job completed in no time at all. All completed within 24 hours as there was availability. Highly recommend this business.

Excellent and prompt service. Extremely helpful as this was our first time having to have our septic pumped. Advised of steps required after pump out as well. Highly recommend.

I phoned them to pump our septic tank, they had me in next day and where there on time aswell. The guys that done the job were very professional and more than willing to give advice, left the place how they found it with out a trace they were there. I was also very happy with the price! Absolutely outstanding service from these guys!!! Called them about a septic tank that needed pumping for emergency repairs, and they were out and had it completed within a few hours. No fuss or mucking around. They made it so easy!! The driver even gave some notes that we were able to share with our plumber working on the repairs!! From the booking phone call to the job itself they were fantastic. Certainly, made a stressful time so much easier. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again. 10/10.

If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. Rebecca was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Needed septic tank cleaned out, said she’ll book it in and send someone as soon as possible. In 3 hours, Adrian turns up, does the job in less than half an hour. Washed the tank and put this beautiful scent in the sparkling clean tank. Smelt like fresh flowers. The price was very reasonable. I am so happy with the overall experience. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
